**We are currently looking to hire a Spanish/English Billiguanl customer service representatives for a leading Smart-home solution provider.**

– With 1-2 years of Customer Service Experiences required,
– Have a camera or electronic products CS experienced will be preferred
– English / Spanish bilingual at fluent to at least B2 proficiency.
– Good oral and written bilingual communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills.

– Computer, reliable Internet access, and also a quiet work environment required.
– We provide CRM and softphone system access.

Job Duty:
– Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and phone calls.
– Answer all questions related to the company and its products.
– Deal with technical/general issues to achieve problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
– Document incidents, report customer suggestions, and technical issues to the Engineering Team.

Work Shift Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Spain Time Monday to Friday
