Position: Short-Term Bilingual Team Leader

Location: Remote (Mountain Time Zone GMT-7, 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday)

Duration: Short-term support until January 2025, with the potential for long-term conversion

Job Description:
As a Short-Term Bilingual Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring efficient ticket and call management. Your role is crucial in maintaining high service standards and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticket and Call Management:
   • Prioritize and assign overdue tickets
   • Monitor call queues and provide feedback to agents
2. End-of-Day Wrap-Up:
   • Address escalated calls and tickets
   • Coordinate with team members to resolve issues
3. Ongoing Task:
   • Handle escalated calls according to company guidelines
   • Provide feedback and support to agents for continuous improvement
4. Additional Suggestions for Success:
   • Encourage agent participation in process improvement
   • Maintain detailed records for future reference and training

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and French
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively
• Previous frontline customer service experience
