We’re on a mission to deliver top-tier service and are seeking a skilled English Customer Service Representative to help us excel in the U.S. market. Your role will be pivotal in resolving queries, offering product insights, and ensuring a satisfying experience with our innovative beauty devices.

Working Shift: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to product features, usage, and troubleshooting of beauty devices.
  • Efficiently manage orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide customized advice.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in English with superior communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service roles; experience in beauty devices or ECommerce is preferred.
