Callnovo Contact Center is a 17+ years professional Canada-based global contact center. We are looking for an Indonesia*English Bilingual Virtual Assistant for our client.

– Native Indonesia agent with fluent English ability. With Mandarin ability will be more welcome.

– Video quality control, can verify if the video includes some key information (Voice, Content and pictures)
– Daily translation (English & Indonesia)
– Customer service with Indonesia speaking customers
– Working shift: 11 am to 7 pm Beijing Time (Monday to Friday) including 60 mins lunch & bio-break time
– Competitive hourly rate with a daily paid 45 mins lunch + bio-break time
– Payment: Via Payoneer on a monthly basis

– Computer, reliable Internet access, and also a quiet work environment required.

– We provide CRM and softphone system access.
– Work from the comfort of your own home (WFH).
