Note: Occasional weekend coverage (Saturdays and Sundays) may be required.
Position Overview
We are seeking two detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Assistants (fluent in English and Spanish) to join our international healthcare support team. This is a remote position based in Bolivia, offering the opportunity to play a vital role in coordinating care services and supporting our patients, caregivers, and administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities

Schedule Coordination: Update scheduling systems promptly when caregivers request time off or inquire about wages. Arrange replacement caregivers to ensure continuous patient care.

Communication Support: Answer calls from caregivers and patients, respond to routine inquiries, and assist with the completion of standardized forms using provided templates.

Insurance Liaison: Collaborate with internal staff to contact insurance companies for patient information verification and transmission. Escalate complex insurance matters to designated personnel.

Team Collaboration: Work proactively within the team to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.

Document & Data Management: Process caregiver application documents, annual assessment forms, and related files. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding any missing documentation.

General Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain records, and handle other HR-related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

College diploma or higher.

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle and organize large volumes of data and documents.

Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Demonstrated job stability and reliability.

High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Must be based in Bolivia and legally eligible to work remotely.
Schedule & Availability

Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM New York Time (EST/EDT).

Must be flexible to cover occasional weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) as needed.
