Callnovo is hiring a licensed electrician for a smart home account. We also open to the candidate who does not have electric certification but with experience in Smart Lock industry. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Engaging with customers through various online platforms, email, and phone channels, demonstrating professionalism and prompt responsiveness.
  • Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing comprehensive product information, troubleshooting assistance, and support with order inquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to address intricate customer concerns and escalate matters as required.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and analysis.

Position Requirements:
To thrive in this role, potential candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Possession of an electrician certification or substantial experience in the field of electronic lock systems.
  • Proficiency in both English and French languages to facilitate seamless communication with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a remote home office environment.
  • Strong command of computer operations and proficient use of diverse software applications.
  • Commitment to adhering to a fixed 8-hour daily work schedule from Monday to Friday.
