Job Overview

Callnovo is hiring an English-Portuguese Smart Home & Security Products Online Customer Support Specialist based in Brazil. This role provides online customer support for security products, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, smart locks, access control devices, and related electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in English and Portuguese through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and after-sales questions for security products.
  • Diagnose basic technical issues and guide customers through clear step-by-step solutions.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or follow-up is required.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills are required.
  • At least 1 year of customer support or technical support experience is required.
  • Experience supporting security products, electronics, CCTV, alarm systems, smart locks, access control, or similar products is required.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Brazil Time.
  • Stable internet connection and suitable equipment for online customer support work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM, ticketing systems, live chat, or remote support tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
