We’re actively seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual professional to join our team as an English & French Customer Service Representative—with a strong emphasis on technical support experience. This is a great chance to leverage your language skills and tech knowledge while delivering exceptional customer experiences!

📋 Role Basics

Job Title: English & French Customer Service Representative (With Technical Support Background)

Service Channels:  calls, live chat, and email

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (EST)

🎯 Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

1.Familiarity with electronic products or AI products—prior experience in technical support for electronic devices is a major plus;

2.2 years of proven experience in customer service (experience in tech-related customer support is highly preferred);

3.Fluent communication skills in both English and French (minimum CEFR B2 level required for both languages).
