We are seeking two motivated E-commerce Customer Service Representatives to join our global team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative for our lighting products category, providing outstanding customer support across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Provide product information and support for lighting products

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Qualifications:

College degree or higher education

Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Excellent communication skills and reliable work history

Must be based in Egypt or Bolivia
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
