About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide expert customer service for our solar energy products. This position requires fluency in both Dutch and English, along with a strong technical background to support customers across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for solar products via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions

Handle customer inquiries in Dutch, with internal communications in English

Document technical cases and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems
Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in Engineering or related field

Fluent in Dutch; professional English for internal communication

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Technical support background required

Experience with solar energy products preferred

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Work Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Amsterdam Time

45-60 minutes break daily
