About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide expert customer service for our solar energy products. This position requires fluency in both Dutch and English, along with a strong technical background to support customers across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for solar products via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions

  • Handle customer inquiries in Dutch, with internal communications in English

  • Document technical cases and maintain accurate records

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Engineering or related field

  • Fluent in Dutch; professional English for internal communication

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

  • Technical support background required

  • Experience with solar energy products preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Amsterdam Time

  • 45-60 minutes break daily
