We are seeking two proactive and results-oriented Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join our growing international team. You will be the voice of our brand, driving customer satisfaction while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, chat, and email to introduce products and services.

• Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide conversations toward successful outcomes.

• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to transfer qualified leads and support conversion efforts.

• Analyze customer data and call metrics to identify trends, improve strategies, and enhance performance.

• Maintain and strengthen ongoing customer relationships through consistent follow-up and support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).

• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to guide conversations confidently and identify customer needs effectively.

• Experience using CRM systems for data recording and pipeline management.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to also work independently.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to our target markets.

Option 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Venezuela Time
