Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative – Remote Position

Callnovo is excited to announce an opening for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in English and French. This remote position will provide support for a leading home electronics brand specializing in smart projectors. We offer a long-term, stable project with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels – phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the smart projectors.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Native level proficiency in French; English proficiency to support interviews, training, and daily communication.
  2. At least two years of online customer service experience.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
  4. Experience in technical troubleshooting and e-commerce is preferred.
  5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and afternoon shifts as business needs evolve.
  6. Must have a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.

Work Schedule:

The initial schedule will be Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm (France Time).

As our business grows, there may be a need to support weekend work or morning shifts

The candidates must be open to shift rotations.
